Organizing a week-long Spelling Bee event provides children with valuable opportunities for academic and personal growth, enhancing their linguistic and cognitive abilities. The competition fosters discipline, improves memory retention, and boosts public speaking confidence, contributing to participants’ overall development. Spelling bees not only support academic achievement but also create a vibrant school culture by promoting intellectual success in a positive and stimulating environment. These events encourage inclusivity and friendship among children from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, they engage various stakeholders and create jobs in fields such as English, administration, facilitation, coordination, tourism, and support roles, thereby boosting economic involvement and community engagement. Our goal is to promote educational development, benefiting not only students but also updating teachers’ English vocabulary and enhancing school pride

We are excited to announce the relaunch of the event ‘Spelling Bee Nepal’! This competition, where contestants—usually children—are asked to spell English words, will benefit many students. The event will be held in Kathmandu from December 22nd to 29th, 2024. Judges and the spelling master (pronouncer) will be invited from various parts of the valley. Lunch will be provided to all participants, judges, spelling masters, and distinguished guests. Certificates of appreciation will be given to all individuals and companies that have supported the program, and prizes will be awarded to the top-performing students. Our goal is to promote this program in various ways, aiming to conduct a National Spelling Bee within a few years, benefiting students nationwide. We invite all interested students and schools to participate and take advantage of this wonderful opportunity.
